Introduction to Nia - Monthly Workshops

Next Date: Saturday 18th February 

When: 10.30am - 12noon

Where: The Salisbury Centre, Edinburgh

Cost: £6 for each of the first three Monthly Workshops

These workshops will provide an introduction for those new to Nia. Each month will focus on a different aspect of Nia practice.

Musselburgh - *New* Weekly Class

First Taster Class: Friday 10th February 

When: 11am - 12noon

Where: Fisherrow Centre, Musselburgh

Cost: £4

This class is open to everybody - beginners and those with Nia experience alike!

Workplace visits

Am I am happy to visit businesses and workplaces in the Edinburgh area for introductory Nia taster sessions. Please email me to discuss.

Practised barefoot, to uplifting music, Nia is for Every Body, what ever age, level of fitness, size or shape. New dancers are always welcome at any of these classes. Wear comfy clothes, bring a drink and be prepared to feel good!
